Welcome to Lukoon! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using Lukoon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Lukoon. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

1. Your Account

To access certain features of Lukoon, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We encourage the use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notification: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content & Rights

Lukoon allows you to post content, including photos, videos, comments, and links ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to Lukoon.

License Grant: By posting content on Lukoon, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on Lukoon for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

3. Prohibited Conduct

We want Lukoon to be a safe place. By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

Zero Tolerance Policy: Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or a permanent ban.
  • Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
  • Use the Service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others (Copyright Infringement).

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you, if you violate any of these Terms or if we suspect misconduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

To verify your account, go to Settings > Verification. You will need to submit a government-issued ID. Verified accounts receive a blue tick badge next to their name.
How do Lukoon Points work?
You earn points by being active! Like posts, comment on discussions, and share content to accumulate points. These points track your contribution to the community and may unlock special features.
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We use advanced encryption and offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account. You also have full control over your privacy settings to decide who sees your content.
How can I delete my account?
If you wish to leave, navigate to Settings > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and all your data, photos, and messages will be removed.
