Your online safety is our top priority. While Lukoon is designed to be a positive space for creativity and connection, you may occasionally encounter content or behavior that violates our community guidelines. We have built powerful tools directly into the interface to help you protect yourself.
How to Report a Post
If you see something that breaks the rules (like hate speech, violence, or spam), please report it immediately so our team can review it. Follow these steps shown in the screenshot:
-
Open the Options Menu
Locate the post that is causing the issue. Click the three horizontal dots (...) in the top right corner of the post card.
-
Select "Report post"
In the dropdown menu, click on the option with the warning icon labeled Report post.
-
Choose a Reason
A new window will appear asking why you are reporting this. Select the most accurate reason (e.g., "Harassment", "Spam", "False Information"). This helps us prioritize the review.
-
Submit
Click submit. The content is sent to our safety team, and we will not tell the user who reported them.
Hiding vs. Reporting
Not everything needs to be reported. Sometimes, you just don't want to see certain content. That is where the Hide feature comes in.
- Hide this post: (Seen in the screenshot) Use this if the content is annoying or not interesting to you, but doesn't strictly break the rules. This trains our algorithm to show you "fewer posts like this" in the future.
- Report post: Use this only for harmful, illegal, or rule-breaking content.
Blocking Users
If a specific person is bothering you, the most effective way to stop them is by Blocking them entirely.
To block someone:
- Go to their Profile Page.
- Click the three dots (...) next to their name.
- Select Block User and confirm.
