There is nothing more frustrating than being locked out of your social circle. Whether you forgot your password, can't find the verification email, or are facing a technical glitch, we are here to help you get back into Lukoon quickly.
Issue 1: I Forgot My Password
This is the most common issue. Follow these steps to reset your credentials securely.

Go to the Sign-In Page
Visit the login screen. Under the password field, look for the link that says "Forgot your password?".

Enter Your Email
Type in the email address associated with your Lukoon account. Click "Request Reset".

Check Your Inbox
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a unique link. Click it to create a new password.

Create a New Password
Choose a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols) that you haven't used before.
Issue 2: Email Not Verified
If you just signed up but can't log in, you likely haven't verified your email address yet.
Issue 3: "Account Suspended" Message
If you see a message stating your account is suspended, it means our system detected a violation of our Community Guidelines (e.g., spam, harassment, or fake identity).
- Temporary Ban: Wait for the timer to expire (usually 24-48 hours).
- Permanent Ban: You will need to contact support to appeal the decision.
Issue 4: Browser Glitches
Sometimes your browser stores old data that causes login errors.
- Clear Cache: Go to your browser settings and clear your cache/cookies.
- Incognito Mode: Try logging in via an Incognito/Private window. If it works there, the issue is your browser extensions.
